Garden Café is located at the heart of Tagbilaran City, Bohol beside the City Cathedral. It’s partly nestled under the shade of the big Acasia tree just a walking distance from Plaza Rizal. Tagbilaran City’s main attraction is the Blood Compact at Bool District where Datu Sikatuna (Chieftain of Bool) and Miguel Lopez de Legazpi a Spanish explorer sealed their friendly agreement by cutting their arms and letting few drops of blood to mix with the wine which they drank together. Now that act is famously known as “Sandugo” or in our dialect is” isang dugo” or “One Blood”. It’s a festival celebrated annually every July.
